I wish this podcast was still active- it would be a favorite for sure!

I’m not sure what’s going on but there’s no audio for this particular podcast all the other ones that she has has audio you can see it going across on the bar below but there’s no audio at all I’ve erased it downloaded again that particular podcast cause I love Candace DeLong but there’s still just no audio. Can we look into that please? Am I the only one having this problem?

She won me over with Deadly women! I just watched a few episodes today.

Candace is fabulous - her explanations are simple enough for the rest of us and she’s an amazing brilliant woman. I watch her on TV and I listen to her podcasts and I’m never disappointed - Candace rocks !!

Not for me. I really don’t like the narrating, its too put on, not very natural and honestly it’s way too much babbling and not enough story telling.

I truly enjoy your episodes! I am hoping you will have more episodes up soon!

My only complaint is actually just more of a recommendation; please make the episodes an hour long. If you can’t do an hour long episode, maybe put out a 30-min episode twice a week ???

A bit dry and clinical. I HATE “understanding” the criminal. The history is interesting but this feels different and doesn’t sit right with me

This just her opinion! I just finished the 3 episode and no more-you made more excuses for her than she made. Really not journalism at all.

There's no substance to the interviews. Haven't heard any real EVIL yet.

They only made 6 episodes. I enjoy the professionalism in her tone. Other PODCASTS make me what to rip my ears off. Not everyone is meant to PODCAST. She is!

That’s podcast was an absolute gem when I stumbled across it well over two years ago My only bad thing to say is that after six short episodes there have been no additions made and that makes me sad because this is a really awesome show!! That being said, the fact that it still pops up on featured charts and what to listen to says a lot seen as nothing has been put out The original six episodes

I love this show on ID but why aren’t there anymore episodes???

Narrator is clear and super easy to understand. It's like closing your eyes with the tv on so it's perfect to fall asleep to. Most podcasts beat around the bush and give biased opinions about society, but this is just like a nice short story.

Only 6 episodes, 20 min long each. Worth binging then unsubbing.

I really enjoyed this podcast and wish it would continue.

Great true crime podcast! A must listen!

This podcast is okay. The stores are interesting, but they could definitely be longer. It would really help if the facts/outcome of the case were discussed at all. Like the trial, sentencing, etc...

This lady hardly hides her opinions. Interesting stories, but she is sooooo judgmental!

I found this podcast very informative and entertaining.

The topics so far have been really good but only 6 episodes? ID had a few good podcasts that stopped suddenly now they put out some other crap

This is not an unbiased approached to true crime. The show is called Facing Evil. DeLong is going to insert her opinion from the get-go. Because of that, this show many not be for all true crime fans. The people she interviews tend to be quite interesting and they seem to have a level of trust with her, so the interviews feel more honest than your average true crime interview. I suggest giving it a listen! The episodes go by fast, which is my only complaint, but it's worth a play on your Apple device.

I happen to enjoy the narration ( either that, or I’m used to this from ID). Remember kids, she’s a former "criminal psychologist" or whatever. They tend to hold on to that type of sympathetic coaxing and tone. I also don’t mean to find humor in any of this but the woman who kept calling her “Miss Candice” made me snicker. It was cute. Oh and of course, WHAT’S THE DEAL WITH EPISODE 6.. it will not play.

I'm a true crime junkie and can't get enough of this podcast. On my wish list would be, please make the podcasts longer also please add more stories.

I thought I was dreaming, but no, this is really a podcast hosted by the one and only Candice DeLong. I wish the episodes were longer, but that's only because I can't get enough.

It's been over 3 weeks and it's not fixed. Is anyone paying attention?

I enjoy this podcast but I also wish it was a bit longer and went more in depth with the person and their story. BTW Episode 6 is NOT downloading...

You get to actually hear from the accused in this podcast. Sometimes I started out thinking they were monsters until I hear some of their stories.

Great material delivered as if a picture book was being read to 3 year olds.

The host made it a lot about herself and discussed too in depth topics like Xanax overdoses. Then, at the end of Ep. 1 managed to insult me by blaming society. I won't listen anymore. Oh, and it is so over polished, it sounds silly. Not my cup of podcast tea.

DeLong has perfect pitch and a quality production. Was thrilled with my discovery!

I’m a fan of other true crime podcasts that actually elaborate on criminal acts and intent, this podcast is just an overproduced spectacle with no depth or actual point to it’s story. Her interviews are condescending and she sounds like she’s reading to a group of 1st graders.
