    Not your average audiobook
This collection of short stories assembled as a podcast is unlike any other audiobook experience. As with any audiobook, the voice-over narrator anchors the story, but in addition every character's speech is spoken by a distinct voice actor, sound effects punctuate the story, and background music fills out the atmosphere. This is the audiobook equivalent of a painting: all the details, down to the most minute aspects, are vividly rendered.

    Creepy Chinese tales amazingly retold!
I have heard 3 of the stories TJ Reid has rewritten and retold.... once I start listening, I can’t stop til the end. His narrating voice is mesmerizing and perfectly fits with each story. The sound effects and supporting actors do a fantastic job as well. The stories give you a slight chill but only enough so you come back from more. If you are one for chilling stories that you have not heard before. This podcast will give you that. A Chinese Author (horror genre) having his stories retold with an American touch! Awesome idea and amazingly done! I highly recommend Dark Studio.
