Sanson Carrasco el EstudianteInspired Thinkers and Toil-Worn CraftsmenMy favorite UGA podcast. It feels like Scott had the exact same childhood and UGA fan raising I did, Will provides a sometimes needed kinda inside/kinda outside view, and Tony is the type of man who clearly understands that bees work at night. Great job and keep it up, gentlemen!
-
HBradberryLove the content butThe constant slurping of drinks and clinking of ice drives me nuts.
-
massdawg11New reviewLove the pod. 5*. Gotta know, I imagine Will must know Tom Fornelli, both Illini guys. I could listen to both dudes talk for hours about football or anything else. He should guest on the WSLS podcast.
-
Dustin Mitchell-ScottMy go to UGA podcast! This is by far my favorite UGA podcast! These guys are so relatable and make it feel like you’re sitting around having a bourbon with your buds just chatting sports. Been listening for several years now and are a must listen for any Bulldogs fan. PS - I love the uniform talk so don’t let the other 2 shame you out of it!
-
drewcdawgOn the roadWhen I’m driving on the road, there’s nothing I love more than listening to Scott, Will, and Tony talking Georgia Football…Go Dawgs
-
jcgggggWeird thingsLove the pod. Annoys my USC grad wife every time I blare it in the house. One of my favorite segments is Scott’s uniform updates, and random trivia. I often wonder if y’all would do something on weird stuff happening, like how the last two seasons the defense has scored the first and last points, and in the same exact way. Spooky. Also Will and Luke Ford have made me almost a fan of the Illini (along with Bert). Keep it up fellas!

OleFenPlease readAs an actual Indian, I’m asking you to not support this podcast. There’s a movement to erase our history and heritage from today’s toxic woke culture and this pod cast is yet another example of racist whites pushing that agenda. Our ancestors have been through enough. Please don’t support people that want to erase our culture all together.

Phanner817Fav Bulldog podI listen to a few sports podcast but this has been my go-to as a Georgia fan since I stumbled across it five years ago. Thanks for the great work guys
-
KingKaeeGreat show, sound quality not so muchI want to give 5 stars because its great… just hard to listen to. Do you guys not have a home to record in for sound quality? Genuinely trying to understand why it sounds like yall are inside a swamp every show! Love the content quality is just soso due to bugs. Keep up the good content

RoyO_1999Best Georgia sports podcastFun and engaging discussions of Georgia sports. It's like talking to your friends at a tailgate. It's definitely my favorite bulldog podcast. During the last year, it's been a breath of fresh air and a reminder of what normal used to feel like. Thanks for the time you spend on the pod!

TViper2369The proverbial strawReading through a few recent reviews, it seems I’m not the only one who feels this way. I have listened for a couple of years now and mostly enjoyed having true UGA guys talk all things Dawgs. That said, my minor annoyance was the same reason I haven’t watched SC in 15 years, the sports writer of the trio takes it way too seriously. And as someone else said, it’s very condescending. These talking heads in sports media know more about sports and they are going to prove it to you, it’s why I long lost interest in sports talk shows (barely even watch College Gameday for this same reason). Then take this past challenging year into consideration and that concept has been thrown into overdrive. It’s not just sports now, it’s life, the pandemic, politics, you name it and Will’s opinion is better than yours and he’s going to explain that in a condescending way. The proverbial straw was the making fun of John Rocker and what he may or may not believe. It hit pause and unsubscribe there. The subtle (and not so subtle) jabs at people, and generally being a Richard, isn’t welcomed. Maybe the guys will see this and take some constructive criticism, maybe they want. One thing I would like to point out is that most of these reviews and comments aren’t strictly about the difference of opinion. They seem to all be directed at Will. I say that to say that Tony generally shares Will’s opinions, he simply isn’t condescending about it and generally respects the fact that someone can have a different opinion than he. All of that said, from a technical standpoint, I enjoyed this. I’ve tried to listen to a couple of other UGA podcasts and couldn’t get into them or was simply annoyed by the audio swings and having to constantly adjust my volume. As a listener of The Solid Verbal, which is top notch, I compare the technical quality to them and I’d say it’s not quiet there yet. Scott does a great job with the guys not always being in the same place, but there are times when the audio can be a little off.

Freebie DweebieGood football talk, BUT ENOUGH WITH THE COVID FEAR MONGERING. . .This pod, when it discusses football is enjooyable, however, I am so tired of all their Covid talk. We listen to a football podcast to be entertained and to be temporarilly removed from the "real world". We don't need Covid rubbed in our faces in our UGA Football podcasts too. Please consider ending the constant doom and gloom discussions. . .

Trg loverAll woke no jokeCan’t believe grown men are so scared of the flu I’m glad they feel so safe when they are at the games with there mask on
-
budtillman10Great place to get some Dawgs talkGreat show! Love the analysis from generally three different viewpoints, like the reminiscing of good and bad times, and poking at Kevin Mays never gets old! That being said please stop the subtle political talk! Really really annoying!
-
Smithdawgs00Once a staple....I once enjoyed putting in the ear buds and listening to these guys sip and share. Unfortunately, I think I’ve listened to my last episode. The political condescension is just too much. Perhaps start producing two shows, one about UGA football and the other about everything that is wrong with Trump. Sorry, Scott. More work for you. I’ll check back after January IF Biden wins. I don’t know what Will will have to complain about at that point so I assume we’ll hear less of him. If Trump wins, I guess I’ll see you in 2025 after we’ve won the next five natties. I’ll be interested to get your take. So long guys. Go Dawgs!
-
R.S. BunkerGreat sports, lousy politicsAre used to really love this podcast; and I still think the sports content is great. But the anti-Trump, anti-conservative banter that now goes on, really detracts from a sports show. Hopefully the guys will get back to sports, and at that point I could edit my review.
-
bulldog GemesYour one stop shop for UGA sports and random other stuffGood rapport from 3 guys who love UGA and bring 3 different viewpoints

matthewcevansBetter than a walkoff safetyThis podcast is bringing the fun back to UGA football. Scott, Tony, and Will provide thoughtful insight and analysis while not taking themselves or the game too seriously. This is my second season listening to this podcast and it is my weekly grass-cutting lead up to game day. I can’t recommend it highly enough! Great perspective by some great guys!
-
Mitchapalooza88Quality showFrom a LSU fan looking for insight to the Georgia Bulldog program, I found your show both knowledgeable and entertaining. Looking forward to a great SECCG. Keep doing what your doing! Geaux Tigers
-
Katklaus33Love it but...I love this podcast especially the format of buddies talking about our team. My only complaint is all the background noises going on while the guys that are remote are speaking. The shuffling, clicking, etc sounds are kind of annoying. But this one podcast that I make sure to listen to every episode. Go Dawgs! Thanks, Kat

coastal redneckHBTFDThis podcast is something I look forward to. If you’re looking for someone to talk UGA football with, this is where you should be. These guys are all knowledgeable, insightful, and well spoken. So get yourself some liquids that make you feel different (unless you’re listening while driving) and pull up a chair.

ianboat1Simply the Best for all DawgsStumbled upon this podcast back in 2017. Don’t know how it took me that long to find it, because I had already been following Tony and Will on Twitter for quite sometime. Regardless, WSLS is perfection. Scott, Will, and Tony take a laid back approach to pontificating the Dawgs, all while sipping on some Maker’s. Outside of football and Georgia sports in general, they’ll also just mention what they’ve been up to in and around Athens (shows at the 40 Watt, dinner at Él Barrio, liquids that make you feel different at Five Points Bottle Shop, etc.). Moments like these are sometimes subtle, but they are actually my favorite because it gives you the hometown feel. No national pundits here, just some Athens natives who could very well be your neighbors. I always listened to you guys on my headphones while walking to class on campus. After six years in Athens, two Bachelors, and one Masters later, I’m moving to Wilmington, NC next week to start my dream job. My appreciation and love for this podcast will grow because though I'll be a couple of states away, I can bring the Classic City back to my ears with just the push of a button. I’ll spread the word about you guys to the Wilmington chapter of the UGA Alumni Association. Thanks for carrying the spirit onwards and forever. Tony, my girlfriend and I stopped by your tailgate a few times throughout the 2018 season. We greatly appreciated your hospitality. Cheers, and Go Dawgs!

FittenTrimDrunk Dawgs Dudes Do DecentGreat podcast - I started listening when I was living in Los Angeles, and it made me feel like I was still an undergrad eating at the Taco Stand and Guthrie's (sorry arteries). Now I'm back in Atlanta, -the show is still great. Have to ask: Were these scrape-by close wins in the Glory Days this painful? I was very young, but those were fun, right? Did Munson just make them fun? Great podcast. P.S. I would boo Trump.
-
KhfrsvnhfBest UGA-centric PodcastI’m glad I discovered WSLS this year. Y’all are the closest thing there is to sitting around with buddies, discussing the Dawgs. Thank you, and Go Dawgs!
-
TheDawg93This is a 5 Star PodcastThis is my favorite podcast by far and it’s just not because I agree in lockstep with Will politically. It’s because you three are regular people talking about all the things people want to discuss about UGA football. As always, Go Dawgs!
-
matt_vandyThe best Dawg podcastI left Georgia as a kid and now live in Oregon, but the Dawgs and the South got in my blood and never left. I am suffering in PAC-12 country with people who have no clue what college football fandom is like. I found WSLS a couple seasons ago and now listen religiously. Listening to Tony, Scott, and Will is like sitting with buddies talking Dawgs that I don’t get out here. It has a genuine feel of friends hanging out talking but Scott is recording. Just like real friends, it goes off on rabbit trails, but it never killed anyone to listen to someone else’s point of view. Go Dawgs!
-
JHBrandon3Solid podcast / Could get betterI can definitely see where some would really enjoy this pod but after giving it a shot I’ve decided it’s just not for me. The Georgia football talk is great and I really enjoy how the show flows and is put together. That being said I do feel it has veered into politics unfortunately and that’s not what I want to hear on my football podcast. I’m all for some good political discussions but to mix it into a football podcast without a response from the opposition was very tone deaf in my opinion. Best of luck guys and Go Dogs!
-
Nashdawg80Insightful, Irreverent, & EntertainingAs a UGA alumnus (class of ‘02) living in Nashville, this podcast helps me cope with missing out on all the things that make Athens the best college town in America (in my most humble yet most certainly biased opinion): the unparalleled music scene, the ever changing food scene, academia, and of course UGA football. Will, Scott, and Tony do a fantastic job of incorporating game analysis and team statistics all while keeping the podcast entertaining and fun. Keep speaking your mind fellas. Whether I agree with you or not on whatever topic the conversation leads you to, I’ll keep on listening. (For the record, I love how the conversation can meander off topic for a while) It always comes back to what unites us as fans and supporters of our team, coaching staff, and school. Thanks for all you guys do. Go Dawgs!
-
sbell21New Georgia FanHi, I’m a young Georgia Fan who only started really paying attention to Georgia in 2017 when i was a freshman in high school. Your podcast has always gotten me hyped for the games, and I actually get to go to my first Georgia game next Saturday when we play A&M. Keep up the great work and go dawgs!
-
Tyler Simmons Was OnsidesGreat podcastI listen to about 5 or 6 UGA podcasts and this is by far my favorite. I'm always a little disappointed when I realize Will isn't actor Kim Coates talking Georgia football...but I suppose yalls insight of the university and breakdown of games more than makes up for it. Keep up the great work guys.
-
Kris10shThis podcast is as good as Trump is racist! And that’s a lot! I am an avid listener. Appreciate y’all spending time making the podcast every week. Hope this 5 star helps counteract that dumb 1 star review! As a five point resident hope to see at you el barrio or five points bottle shop soon!
-
Sbrantleyrap2234Great show!I’m love the show! And I’d just like to say that anyone that condones this president’s behavior is complicit in is ignorant rhetoric. I’ll gladly boo him every chance I get.
-
CAThornhillWish I could give 9 stars...... to offset one star reviews as retaliation for not liking one comment by a podcaster. No need to read this one on the podcast — been wanting to leave a review for a while but felt like I was obligated to start bringing the average up. For the record, love the uniform talk Scott, drop all the “not-for-nothings” you want Tony, and Will can boo the President if he wants. Go Dawgs!
-
Victory of the WayGreat Podcast! Go Dawgs!Great analysis and discussion of our beloved Georgia Bulldogs. We are let in on a conversation between 3 friends who love the Dawgs. That conversation is always on point as they review the previous game and consider the upcoming game. I always look forward to listening in. I appreciate Scott’s production, organization and keeping it fun, Tony’s reasoning, foresight and breakdown of the game and Will’s insight (especially from a national media prospective) and his bringing us back down to earth. (All though he can sometimes be a little bit of a wet blanket.) The only problem I see is sometimes Will veers slightly into political territory where I disagree with him vehemently but I don’t mind it so much. (I still love you Will even if your wrong. 😜) Keep up the good work guys, God bless and, as I said in the subject line, Go Dawgs!
-
tylersimmonswasonsidesGo dawgsThe Georgia Football podcast we all need. I wish I had discovered this podcast back when I was in school a few years ago. These guys are dedicated and I really appreciate the content they produce. It’s fun when their kids talk at the end sometimes too. Keep up the great work and go dawgs!
-
Will_ScottDisappointedI thought I found a new podcast and then there was a whole segment where you bragged that you would boo the president to “show the world we don’t all stand for that”. That’s the dumbest comment I have ever heard on a sports podcast. Feel free to boo anyone you’d like but it’s the most disrespectful thing you could do to the leader of the free world. I’m not sure what it is that “we don’t all stand for” but as a combat veteran who was injured in Iraq I personally appreciate everything the president has done for our military, especially ending the conflicts in Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria and his decision to avoid conflicts that his opposition was begging for in Iran. What he’s done for the North Korean Peninsula is Nobel Prize worthy. If you’re one of “those people” who believe he’s racist and that’s your reasons then I’d suggest you look at his support in the minority communities compared to past republicans. As a current owner of a small trucking company I’ve never had an easier time feeding my family and providing opportunities for my employees. I’ll give the show another shot but in the future do what a normal American would do regardless of who holds the office. I’ve gladly cheered for President Obama the one time I was in his presence and I can assure you I didn’t agree with anything he did during his 8 years. Go Dawgs.

dawgblogMy goto podcast. All others follow."Florida is like a little brother." niiiiice.
-
CrimFan153 Fans Who Happen to be DawgsEnjoy because they seem as if they’re sitting in your tailgate spot with you, celebrating and lamenting over each week’s result. Serious people who know when to have fun. And they even give punters love on occasion.
-
gsudeltUltimate UGA podcastThanks guys for putting together the best UGA football podcast. I always appreciate you discussing the UGA program from a 30,000 ft view, the game breakdowns from an X’s and O’s perspective and then getting us fired up weekly by using the unbridled homer view of each game. The combination of Scott, Tony, and Will make this the the triple threat and ultimate UGA podcast. Thanks guys and Go Dawgs! Jake

charlie3446Helping me stay sane in ChicagoIn the land of no college football, having the show to listen to gets me through my drive home. The last show was a bonus since I got to hear about the Dawgs lackluster performance against KY and about my High School alma mater, Go Warriors. As an alumni that lived through the Jim Donnan and Ray Goff years I have seen the bad times. The SC loss brought back those memories but your humor helps. My kid is a UGA freshman and that game let him get a feeling for how we older Georgia fans felt for years. Here’s to that being the last time. Keep up the great work but tell Will to slow down his talking when he gets excited, even a transplanted southern can’t keep up with him some days. Have a bourbon for me and Go Dawgs

Light the darknessTherapy DawgsHey Gentlemen! Needed some therapy following (UGH!) the South Carolina Game and came across your episode 200(ish). Can’t believe you got to 200 and I’m just now finding you... Great podcast! Listening prompted me to retro to #31 Richt firing (I was a 76 percenter) & #32 Kirby hiring. Interesting hearing what you had to say back then. So Will, is “The Georgia Way” still alive? Sitting in Nashville where Georgia coverage is lean, it’s great to hear some intelligent insight from fellow Dawgs who, like many of us, feel the losses deeply. Dropping an early season game to the Gamecocks is a déjà vu moment I thought we’d moved beyond. Hoping it’s just a forgettable stop on the road to unprecedented success in Kirby Era. That’s what I’m choosing to believe. Anyway, many thanks! GO DAWGS! (Now on to binge-listening, if that’s a thing.)
-
AshMo DawgGets me throughThanks WSLS guys, love the show & y’alls commentary on the Dawgs , I do alot of driving with my job, so it gets me through, hopefully I’ll get to meet & tailgate with y’all one , We are coming up to the aTm game AshMoDawg

socaldawgSoCal DawgHey Scott and the rest of the WSLS crew. I love listening to my old fraternity brother and his buddies sipping whiskey and talking Georgia football. Since moving to LA (not lower Alabama) 13 years ago, I have only attended 3 Georgia games, and have not made it back to Athens at all. Those games were at AZ ST, at Missouri, and of course one of the great highlights of my life, the Rose Bowl which is only 10 minutes from my house! Our mutual friend Drew M. turned me onto the WSLS podcast about 4 years ago and I tune in every week to get my Athens fix. While we have an amazing alumni group here in LA called the SoCal Dawgs and watch the games together, y’all help fill in that missing feeling of being in Athens on Saturday. My fully indoctrinated eight-year-old son who often listens to the podcast with me, has never been to a UGA game. I’m targeting next season to take him to his first game in Athens (unless of course we end up in New Orleans in January). Thank you for giving me a taste of home and keep up the good work. Go Dawgs! Preston (Pjoe, Pdawg, and other less appropriate nicknames that I left in Athens)

Armchair Left-Field Umpire"Buy or Sell?"Buy or sell? Going forward, Will can talk all the politics he wants, but has to remain silent about the infield-fly rule. *coughbuybuybuybuybuycough* PS: Keep up the good work, guys. As a Dawg in NYC, I keep in touch with my Southern roots through the many orders of sweet teas from Chick-Fil-A and tuning in to your show each and every week. Thanks and Go Dawgs!
-
,?!@&$!It's like hanging with friends🙌 this really is how they are in real life too! Love it!
-
Lofi Allatoona ThunderSip OnI happened on these guys at some point in 2018, and since then they have become a part of my essential trinity of UGA information, along with Seth Emerson and Chapel Bell Curve. Scott's low-key structure, Tony's background Knowledge, and Will's "literary" sensibilities are a great confluence of UGA fandom and banter.
-
TheaudiblesighGreat podcastGreat podcast for everything UGA football. Informative and entertaining. Thinks outside the box.
-
Petey Jones, RBQuality crew and contentNo better way to get your Bulldog fix during the week than to listen to these 3 talk about all things Georgia football, Athens, and so much more. Keep up the great work, fellas. Go Dawgs!

hhhsbsmxiFun to listen to but not focused enoughI enjoy the podcast because the hosts all seem like cool guys who are hanging out, and they seem like they'd be fun to get to know. If your goal in listening to this podcast is purely entertainment, I think this is a good podcast for you. I enjoy the trivia, uniform talk, and discussion of other teams. If your goal is to learn more about the Georgia football team, teams on our schedule, etc then it isn't the perfect fit. I've listened to a few episodes where I've had this opinion, but didn't want to be too rushed in judgment. However, I just listened to the Vanderbilt preview, and there was very little mention of match ups, how we should attack and defend vanderbilt, improvements either team has made, etc. There was mention of how we may plan to air it out, of Vandy's big 3 players, and their DL being their strongest unit, but when key football topics come up, they are just mentioned but not looked at in depth. Again, I think the hosts are great, but they seem distracted and not entirely focused on Georgia football, rather having a good time. Nothing wrong with that, it's their podcast and I'm glad they have a great time.
