It bothers me that it takes so long to get the arguments. There are other pods that post the next day. Why should I follow this pod.

This easy to use podcast should be required listening for all Americans. Listening to the oral arguments not only provides an education into how the process works but also provides a view into how the justices approach very complex cases.

Hard to keep up with the news. Sometimes arguments take days to weeks to show up in podcasts

The last available is from 5 weeks ago but there were arguments on Monday and Tuesday of this week- and the audio is available on the SCOTUS website- why is it not in the Oyez podcast?

I prefer to listen to the oral arguments via Apple Podcasts, the app or even the Oyez website but instead I have to use the Supreme Court's official web page (far less user friendly) if I want to hear the arguments within the same day that they take place. Please update with the same immediacy that the website is updated.

And then listening to companion type podcast who discuss and give context

Why was this removed from the feed? Seems an important case to have available. Please consider reposting it to the feed.

I find the arguments and questions fascinating. Some cases are sleepers but for big decisions in the news, I always listen. Amazing.

Please fix this! I am about to give up and unsubscribe. Subscribing has meant repeatedly downloads of old episodes that I have already deleted—so I have to delete them over and over again

I’m not a law student, just an admirer of the Supreme Court. I love hearing the arguments back and forth. This podcast is educational, and shows that these cases are more complex than just a binary choice. Some very interesting questions to think about are raised.

Why do so many of the arguments restart over and over again in the middle of the audio?

Used to be great, but over the past year or so it’s started restarting over at the beginning and you can’t skip forward to get back to where you were. Please fix :(

As a previous review noted, 5-6 mins then it starts all over. Disappointed.

Repeating opening roughly like 5-6 times and you can’t skip forward, hopefully someone could fix this, i really enjoy listening to this podcast.

Lately most podcast keep repeating.

Hearing the Justices break down arguments is fantastic. The production of what for the most part should be just uploading a single straight recording is utterly abysmal at times. Looping of certain sections over and over. The missing of entire sides of the argument in others. Going to have to really start seeing if there is pattern/bias because seems to happen to the ones I am particular interested in.

Thanks to whoever came up with this podcast idea! This is easy to listen to/find rather than having to go to the .gov site itself. Thanks again!

Easiest way to listen to the oral arguments of the Supreme Court. 👍🏼

Tried listening to the Becerra argument, and after about two minutes the playback jumped back to the very beginning. I tried skipping ahead back to where I was, and once again, after about two more minutes it skipped right back to the beginning. Please fix.

So much more entertaining than what passes for news these days. Serious verbal sparring with moments of humor and thought-provoking moral dilemmas.

The best way to hear Ginsberg, Sotomayor and Kagan in all their glory. Did you hear RBG in the Whole Health case last year? Get it girl!

this is the best way to hear what actually happens in an argument at the Court.

Even the bankruptcy cases can be fun!
