First time listening to your show coming from juicy scoop, I’m also dumb and gay. I appreciate you all having an RFK supporter on the show and having an open discussion with her. I’m also an RFK supporter/ democrat leaning. We need more open conversations like this. It’s refreshing to hear democrats be open to conversations like this and not ice everyone who slightly disagrees with them out.

Great podcast about politics! I usually try to avoid the subject but heard that they make it fun. I laughed and after listening feel hopeful for the future. Plus, I listened to Heather’s podcast today so I heard these funny ladies not once but twice!

There’s times I really enjoy listening but it feels like I have to skip a lot to get there. I’m not interested in hearing about the gifts they received from fans. I really just want to hear about the political stuff. I liked when they had the guy recently because they got down to business. Maybe they should save the gifts and nonsense for their other podcast. I want to love this podcast but it’s difficult sometimes. I just wish they’d get it together and be less all over the place. I followed them from juicy scoop but I might just give up on this one.

I use to love listening to them but they lie about Arab American and I’m Mexican American these 2 wouldn’t know what it’s like to be living in these days politically in the country especially with the one sided media shame on you !!!!

If only they lived the in your face, progressive life they pretend to have especially around their closest friends. Week to week it seems they talk about what they would do if they could have a conversation with republicans especially a white republican men so Julie could confront them, yell at them or beat them up and yet when given the opportunity (best friends with a right wing qanon podcaster and her equally disgusting husband) they don’t. It’s because they are self admitted money chasers above all else. They’re posers that don’t care what you do as long as it doesn’t keep them from social climbing, clout chasing or $$$. Also their “framily” is so beyond cringe, but what can you expect from the same type of women.

Opening the election reaction with frustrations that people are blaming Biden or Harris and not blaming those who voted for Trump is alarming and the reason why your party is in the position it’s in. Keep the denial, delusion, blame, redirecting and refusal to look at the faults of the party and you’ll be in the exact same position you’re in now reacting to the 2028 election. Also why not blame the party for stripping you of your right to vote for your own candidate in an open Primary? Maybe get to choose a candidate that people LIKED. Kamala had horrible approval ratings her entire term as VP. Yet that was a red flag to nobody? For those so concerned with DemOcrAcY, it was pretty undemocratic that you had absolutely *zero* say in who your own candidate was. But yes blame over half of your fellow citizens and not the Leftist Elite who left you voiceless and option-less. Will still leave 5 stars as I enjoy both of you regardless.

I found this podcast by searching for conversation that didn’t blame Kamala or the dems - I just wish all that would stop. I felt like I was in a community of friends who understood the despair I have been feeling. Thank you so much and I look forward to future episodes.

I originally discovered Julie & Brandy from Johnny McGovern’s Gayest of All Time podcast back in 2015, and I’ve been obsessed ever since. After this tragedy of an election I need Julie and Brandy more than ever. Thank you both for all you do. The Patreon is hilarious and it gives me life (if you’re not into politics, they don’t get into it there, even though I’d be totally cool with it if they did.) Five stars forever.

I needed a place to land and mourn, and I knew your pod would be the space to do so. I’m speechless, ironically or not, I can’t tell anymore. I’m nauseous, full of fear, and I can’t say enough to my children in hoping to teach them to think and advocate for themselves. I’m so sick, sad, and angry over this. I’m terrified of my own that country voted this way. The ignorance is truly jarring.

Julie and Brandy are very entertaining. And I cannot function without the Patreon. Love the regular weed but I need the Patreon. I highly suggest you join. Even when there’s an episode when Brandy is stressing that it’s the worst one yet, it really isn’t.
