The host has to be the most annoying person I’ve ever heard. Shes so self satisfied and thinks she knows everything, about everything, even when she clearly doesn’t. No one cares to hear about her life and drug addiction, that’s mainly all she talks about. Unsubscribed. Edit bc I tried again years later. She is still just talking about herself for forever.I kept hitting the button to go forward and it was just babbling about herself for what like 20 minutes? Before even talking about the show. Can’t imagine what the rest was like bc i had to stop. You accused Jenelle of using the death of her former friend to get attention but then you went on and on and on about yourself and your addiction. Unreal you’re still milking that this many years. I also feel drained from listening bc she’s so low energy as a speaker. Exercised induced asthma sounds like being out of shape and overweight but whatever you want to call it. See ya, I ain’t be trying again, I just can’t believe you’re still yammering away about yourself. 20 mins wasted.

I hate this podcast and host is annoying

Love this podcast and it’s gotten me to dive back into the teen mom universe.

I know the point of this is that she includes perspectives from her life, but every episode starts with 2-15 minutes of her talking about stuff that’s completely unrelated. Please please please put a time stamp in your show notes for when you actually start talking about the show. Also I did just have to turn it off because I can’t stand her mocking voice she uses when she’s talking about how stupid people in the fandom are and how she’s right and they’re wrong. Like, take a seat. We’re all following teen mom, we’re all pathetic. The mocking she does is very annoying.

Something is wrong with the recording. The balance is off or something and it’s making it hard to tolerate. The sound is louder in my left ear. Then, sometimes, it sounds like you’re moving around and it’s giving me motion sickness lol. I’ve noticed this in previous episodes but the most recent one was especially bad.

I came across this podcast and was like are you serious? Grown woman bashing and making fun of other woman when they were in vunerable times. Come on this isn’t high school. Wow. Worst podcast ever.

I generally like this podcast, but why does Liz bother to have guests on if she just talks over them and discounts what they are saying?

I used to listen to this podcast to destress, but I can’t anymore. It’s become angrier and angrier. Every episode the host complains about how she doesn’t know if she likes Teen Mom anymore and she doesn’t know what that means for the podcast. That bemoaning is followed by several reminders that she has a Patreon where she talks about other shows besides Teen Mom. Then she proceeds to angrily mock most of the cast: this one is stupid, this one is a liar, and on and on. This is a change from the past, when listening was fun, and she recapped a reality show because she seemed to enjoy it. My last episode was one where she shared a conspiracy theory about the Depp v. heard trial, and stated that she knew more about the truth of the trial than anyone and she didn’t want to hear from domestic violence survivors or anyone who thought women could be abusive. I don’t listen to reality show podcasts for this kind of vitriol or nonsense.

She is the the smartest most educated person I’m the whole world according to her🙄 If you love teen mom and want a good podcast to listen to then try “Teen Mom Trash Talk”. Don’t waste your time with this lady. It’s not even worthy of 1 star.

I watched a couple seasons of teen mom when it first came out and I was in high school, in 2009/2010 and literally never again. Now I am obsessed with just hearing Liz’s recaps- something about hearing gossip about people I don’t know from someone who feels like a friend is so pleasant? It all feels nostalgic hearing about teen mom in the same way friends in high school would retell wild stories/gossip about girls from other schools. Oddly specific but 10/10

This podcaster repeats herself constantly, restating the same opinion over and over again. It grates. Worse, she is rarely snarky. That should be considered a good trait, but not with a Teen Mom podcast. Unsubscribed

Love it so much, it hits just right

I know Liz never reads these for her sanity, but this was the first podcast I ever really listened to and after a year it’s my hands down favorite. It’s smart but not mean and doesn’t punch down. I look forward to it every week, especially as someone who doesn’t have anyone to talk to about Teen Mom in real life.

I don’t want to listen to your political views and saying you support rioting. I’ve been tired of listening to your vocal fry for long enough and I’m unsubscribing. You’re old and need a real job. Also your hiccup burps are disgusting. You are disgusting in general

The habit of spending 15 minutes explaining why you don't talk about Farrah or some other psych 101 concept has been turning me off. It's mind numbingly boring and you repeat yourself a lot.. Just talk... no one cares as much about your decision-making process as much as you do. I get that you're excited because you just learned about "punching down" or something, but please get on with the show. It's like a kid telling you everything they know about dinosaurs, except I already know about what you're over-explaining. You sound tired.. I hope you're doing okay.

I look forward to my Sunday chores knowing I have some Teen Mom snark to listen to!

The number of times Liz has casually mentioned how her dad is in incredible shape is… in itself, incredible. Also, Liz (surprised you didn't get the memo) we don't say "crazy" anymore.

I liked you before, now I LOVE YOU!! Eff idiots like “Kenzie” and her even dumber husband Josh. Being 50% Native American makes their beliefs even worse, because he and his ancestors suffer under regimes like this GOP and Trump. THANK YOU for talking about it and calling them out! Also, I think being stupid makes it easier for people to be racist, since critical thinking and curiosity clearly aren’t on their wavelengths. Phew. Rant over. You rock.

This person is so admittedly lazy and her voice reflects it. Hard to listen when she isn’t excited about the topic of her podcast.

This episode strikes close to home-I too am originally from Philly suburbs but have lived in Berks county( same town) as Gosselins for way too long. Kate just sold the big house for just over a million last year, but they have for years been in an upscale suburb of Reading PA. She has always galavanted around town with a “do you know who I am” air . 🤮 Kids all went to a snooty private school in Lancaster , but I believe she had one of the boys institutionalized and Jon eventually got custody. See him at a local bar sometimes. You guys are so right on with your take on these two! 👍 and Kara Berry too- Bonus😍😍

This is the one of my favorite podcasts ever. I was not a big Teen Mom fan before listening, but that never mattered. Liz is close to age to me and our interests overlap considerably without being identical. This is probably why I like the pod so much. Listening to some I like talk passionately about something I have a passing interest in is probably my ideal podcast. It sounds absurd, but I often to listen to her when I have trouble sleeping!

She talks about herself for too long. Good podcast but you ramble too much we want to hear about teen mom not your life.

The host believes herself to be the definitive word on all topics, from domestic violence to parenting. Her vocal fry and relentless up-speak make this podcast just as miserable as Teen Mom.

Best podcast - discusses so much more than Teen Mom - addiction, life, psych, and other important topics with a splash of humor. This is my all time fave pod. Her Patreon is even better!

Listen, this is Liz’s podcast, she’s a know-it-all, she has a lot to say, get over it. If you don’t want to hear her opinions or anything about her life, just skip it. But I personally love her and feel like I’m listening to a friend.

The only podcast where I can listen to the host talk about shows I’ve never seen or cared about. Love her thoughtful and empathetic takes on things. She could seriously be a life coach for some of the TM girls

Not just because I’m obsessed with feathers, not because we are both named Liz, both with major ADD, both only children, both in the behavioral/psychology field, but I just love listening to you so much and think you are so hilarious and like a long lost sister! Everything I think when watching a TM episode, you end up talking about on the next podcast! I wish we could be real life friends. You rock!!

I really tried hard to like this podcast but the host spends most of the show talking about herself and/or her political views. I just want to hear commentary on Teen Mom.

Every week starts with a sob story.

I love the show normally, but the three hour ep with Princess is what I live for!!! These girls are so funny. I’m stuck sipping coffee at my desk job and my co-workers prob think I’m crazy just giggling away into my headphones. I can’t get enough!

Been listening for years and have gone back to listen from the very beginning. As a fellow girl in recovery (6 years clean) I love hearing Liz explain the disease of addiction from our point of view and bringing awareness to the epidemic. Also love her tangents. I feel like we’d be friends in real life. We are millennials, I’m an Aquarius and she’s a Gemini (as said in a previous episode). Anyway, I really enjoy the episode recaps and deep dives.

I know your show isn’t about politics. Except you talk politics. Please give us your review of Bidens’ speech, and how your candidate is doing so far.

This woman is insufferable. She is peak white woman with her vocal fry and extremely high opinion of herself. She literally pats herself on the back for her disjointed rambles and labels herself as having “the gift of gab”. I keep trying to listen because I like the non-recap internet drama of it all. I really want a podcast that gives me the not shown on tv teen mom content since I’m new to the show. She has a lot of good content but I have to spit listening because listening to this woman makes my day worse.

Liz knows her facts and does not give biased recaps. Love her and everything this podcast provides! Her IG account is great too!

If you’re like me, you have podcasts that you are subscribed to that you listen to every so often when they have a good guest or you are out of your other pods. This is NOT one of those podcasts. I have to listen to Liz as soon as I get the notification that there is a new episode. It’s tier 1. The A-team, if you will. I love Liz’s insights, her tangents, rants, and stories. I don’t even really watch Teen Mom anymore - I get all the news and recaps from Liz. I’m also subscribed to her patreon which is even better. If you like Teen Mom (even begrudgingly, like me) you’ll love this show.

Liz knows everything that has happened in the Teen Mom world for the past 10 years and does a great deep dives.

I really enjoy listening to this podcast every week. It deep dives into more of the back story of the families, in addition to recapping new episodes. I don’t always agree with Liz’s stances on things, but I can understand them. I appreciate her sharing so much of her life. She goes on a lot of tangents, but I like it!
