njl1Episode 1, 101 is a gemEpisode 1,101 with Erin Ayala ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sometimes the Roadman pod can be a bit well, let's just say wanting; HOWEVER, with a proper expert guest and a willingness from Anthony to listen (more than talk) can be one of the best podcasts ever for a cyclist. This episode was 100% great! Thank you Erin! (and Anthony).

noname137Incredible guests, Fun, informative cyclingFirst off- im a mountain biker, seemingly on the fringes of this podcasts target audience. This podcast provides a broad spectrum of topics and breaks them down so they are understandable and applicable across many disciplines and life. Anthony is a like able host and provides excellent audio and visual quality. I particularly love the bikepacking and fitness optimization segments. Cheers from Colorado!

PeloThomGJust the Right BalanceI’ve been an avid listener of this podcast, and it strikes the perfect balance between technical cycling information and lifestyle improvement techniques. Each episode is packed with valuable insights, making it a must-listen for anyone looking to enhance their cycling performance and overall well-being. The “Rider Support” episodes are my absolute favorites. They dive deep into practical advice, offering personalized tips and strategies that resonate with cyclists of all levels. The hosts’ expertise and engaging delivery keep me coming back for more, always eager to learn something new. Highly recommended for anyone passionate about cycling and looking to elevate their lifestyle! Ps. Anthony and Sarah each bring their own unique perspective which aren’t always aligned. Their banter is enjoyable to listen to.

Matt ZemonExploring Healing HorizonsThis podcast transcends mere discussions on cycling; it takes us on a journey through the diverse landscapes of life, including the unexpected terrain of healing trauma with psychedelics. Our conversation traversed the transformative potential of psychedelics in addressing trauma. Anthony's skillful interviewing technique gracefully navigated the discussion, fostering an exploration of a topic often shrouded in stigma and misconception. Anthony's authentic curiosity about the human experience permeates each episode, inviting listeners to broaden their perspectives and embrace unconventional pathways to healing. Hop on, pedal forward, and prepare to be inspired by the vistas that unfold along the way through The Roadman Cycling Podcast.

midairmatthewThank You!!I'm so excited to listen to this new interview and hear more about Greg's experience. He's a hero of mine. Also super cool to hear that he's been in Minnesota! I commute all along the river in Minneapolis/Saint Paul on my "I'm a huge Greg LeMond fan" bike. (Gitane Tour de France from the '70s, but with a rad paint job from Chris Kvale that makes it look like the Gitane Greg rode. I traded for this bike with a friend I played music with who had actually raced against Greg when he was young. Now you know all about my bike, which also has these really rad Huret Jubilee derailleurs,) Besides being able to go bicycle touring with my family when my daughters get a bit older, my biggest dream in life is to see Greg LeMond sitting on a bench near Bohemian Flats as I go climbing up the hill on my Gitane. Lastly, this is an overdue thank you, but this podcast has been such a cool thing to discover. I'm glad y'all are out there doing what you do. 🖖

Dennis in FLKimo is completely out of touch!I enjoy Anthony’s podcast, but the latest with Kimo Seymour made my blood boil! Kimo essentially said he doesn’t care about someone having to spend $2000 to repair a bike after Unbound and fully embraced the mayhem, but then 10 minutes later professed to care about the mass participants. What a hypocrite! I ride 100% gravel 4 days/week and hope to race in 2024, but will never do one of Kimo’s events.

haileyATXGreat show, relaxing listenIf you don’t listen to this show for the fabulous content, listen to it for Anthony’s accent. Haha We aren’t cyclists but stumbled across this podcast when researching our up coming trip to Catalonia. Anthony provided great tips on things outside of cycling as well including best neighborhoods, bars, coffee shops, bakeries, etc. Thanks for all the great tips, Anthony

Captain HandsomeAwesome Cycling Podcast! One of my new favorite podcasts. Sarah and Anthony are a great team. Excellent information, fun and easy to listen to. Wish it was still 6 days a week. Keep up the good work.
-
Robert McWAlways a good listenLove plugging in while climbing on the bike for a ride and listening to a the wide array of topics that keep me going. Too bad they’ve pulled back from a six day a week schedule in 2024.

carlos de la costa vascaRoadman podcast—a habit I won’t breakI learned from this podcast that you don’t need motivation if you’ve managed to build a habit. For me, this pod has become one of those healthy habits. Anthony has excellent guests, conducts probing interviews, and his incursions into Irish story telling and Stoic philosophy are valuable too. Sarah’s segments are also very strong; even a neuroscientist I know admires her forays into peer reviewed research and her clear explanations. I like that episodes vary greatly in length according to the content: if Anthony has 8 minutes of commentary about a topic, he doesn’t try to stretch it to meet some uniform time expectation The talk is not just about the hours on the bike. Just as he asserts, it’s for those seeking health, (including mental health), happiness, and longevity. thanks to Anthony I try to “win the minute “ and the days and the weeks take care of themselves.
-
mwils1111Great podcast!Great podcast with information and helpful hints for cyclists at any level!

jacobcooleySome good listening! This podcast stays on my main rotation. I look forward to getting my little snippets of training advice/bike talk every time I open my podcast app. The longer form interviews are some of the best and most insightful/actionable interviews around. I’ll admit I’ve relistened to a few of them. Keep the good content coming Anthony and team!
-
AK0008Great ShowReally enjoy the both of your thoughts on cycling and the cycling life.

-
Devin ErdmannExcellent daily listening!Found the show a couple months ago and it quickly because a staple in my daily listening. The short form tips and tricks are perfect little tid bits of ideas to consider over the commute in the mornings and the founders series makes for more substantial listening to pass the workday. Plus Newbie Questions with Sarah is always good for remembering the things I all too often overlook after a few years of “knowing what I’m doing”… Keep up the fantastic work, looking forward to new stuff to come as well as working backward through the catalogue. Cheers!

Litespeed riderGreat as always, Sarah!Greetings from Colorado Springs, CO. Listened to your podcast on doping and learned a few things. As always you are informative and I’m finally getting used to the accent you and Anthony have (th!). I’ve read books by George Hincapie, Tyler Hamilton, Lance, and others and as you said, it was the norm to dope. Especially enjoyed last Saturdays podcast as I was riding a century ride in Colorado that included a climb called “The Soul Crusher.” Keep doing the great work!
-
