I’m so happy this podcast exists! It feels like I’m having all of the juiciest conversations my soul has ever wanted to have. Sahara and all her guests are amazing. All the content is modern, honest, real, wisdom filled, fun, magical and deeply helpful. I was feeling very inspired while listening to the episode “How I Stepped Into My Purpose (The Good, Bad & Ugly)” and it lead me to purchase Sahara’s 21 Day Dharma Discovery Journey. I’ve only just finished day 1 today and it has already been life-changing. I can’t recommend her podcast and her other beautiful soul creations enough. ❤️

I have more recently embarked of my self love / self development journey (past 1-2 years) after hitting a dark time in my life and have become really focused on becoming my best self…. I feel like I was totally meant to find this podcast. I was looking for a podcast or book about how to channel my feminine energy and came across one of her episodes and was just OBSESSED. I learned so much from that episode alone and absolutely loved Sahara’s energy. I got out of a 4.5 year relationship around the time Sahara was going through her divorce - and since we are around the same age - I felt like we were moving into a new life phase TOGETHER (of course very different circumstances, but you get it). Her podcast and voice overall has been both grounding and expansive for me. One of her episodes that came out shortly after my breakup was actually the catalyst for manifesting a 5 week trip to India to teach breathwork! I’m so grateful to have found Sahara and look forward to watching her shine in new and exciting ways.

I’m so in love with Sahara Rose’s spiritual content. She knows how to take spiritual concepts and give great tips on how we can apply sacred truths and weave them into our daily lives. I even feel more grounded, just listening to her earthy voice.

I am a long time listener, I really enjoy Sahara’s content and watching her journey. I’ve been less interested these days because I feel she’s been very in her ego since her divorce. I empathize with this because I’ve been through it and I understand what it’s like reclaiming your identity & rebuilding, but I still want to call it out because as a person on a spiritual journey, I see it and it’s made me not listen as much. I love Sahara for being unapologetically herself, for her bigness - none of my commentary is about that. And I even hesitate to leave a comment because I also support and honor someone’s journey and don’t think she has to be perfect because she’s a public figure. I see her as a multidimensional being like we all are, and also as a human having a human experience. But I can say as a fan, I’m more drawn to you speaking honestly about the human experience and the journey, the rawness and the pain, and even the reclamation -rather than what at times seems like an act to seem like you are higher than it all and healed and divorce was your greatest gift. At times it feels like an act to cover pain you haven’t dealt with. Give us authentic Sahara and take us into the depths. Those of us who have been around since the beginning want her back. I’ve found so much value in this podcast. Sahara has such a great perspective from the mix of Ayurveda, yoga, all the things! I feel like she puts things in a new light that I’ve heard before (like divine femininity) but now it’s more palatable and I can really take it and use it.

I first tuned into the Highest Self Podcast about six months ago after having it on my list for so long. It really opened my eyes and my heart to help me understand how to be the version of myself that I could be. So many things have changed! I ended my marriage after 18 years and on the road to living my dharma. The information that Sahara shares has been so valuable to me. I don’t think I’d be here today living my true authentic self if it weren’t for this podcast, it really changed my life for the better. Highly recommend.

It felt pretty magical when I found her, she had just came back from her ayahuasca retreat & everything she learned was everything I needed to hear. I’ve always wanted to go on an ayahuasca retreat & knew when the time was right it would just happen. Since the day I opened that podcast it shifted everything. Now I’ve just returned from my ayahuasca retreat in my motherland, Brazil & it was simply magical. Things are unfolding & transforming. Having a beautiful guiding light & a new friend has been wonderful 🌹🌈✨

Sahara, I've been following you for years on the gram. I love your story and how you share with your open and beautiful heart. I also go by higher selfish on Instagram and have, like you also been hesitant to sit with aya and have done all the Breathwork, all the shadow work, all the intentional work, mushroom journeys and year after year I keep getting more and more inklings and whispers to sit with grandmother. Earlier this year a remarkable practitioner while working on me said that the plant has so much wisdom to reveal to me. I had put it out of my mind and then recently began having a lot of lucid dreams... in particular the tones that you started hearing along with your singing at the beginning of your journey, was an example of one of the dreams I had. I just knew that she was calling to me. So the the stars aligned for me and I'm going to be sitting with her at the end of this month. I've started the dieta and already my intention was virtually the same as yours with slight variations. However, I've been going so much through it with my mother on this human plane over the last eight years and when you spoke about your experience and what grandmother told you about the mothers love I really needed to hear that today. I can't thank you enough. The way you express that so eloquently so powerfully so bluntly and so utterly beautifully I'm just feeling it in every cell of my body. I am very grateful for you for experiencing the human life that you're living in this way and sharing it with the world. It is so necessary and so medicinal for so many people I feel that in my soul and I bow to you.
