Screamin ArmenianFeedbackI listen to your podcast regularly and have for years. Thank you. I also do media training. The gratuitous laughing during points made when those points are about injuries and other things not warranting laughter is usually a sign of insecurity and a tick that undermines the point being made. And it’s constant and can be grating. Just a tip. Hope it helps. Go Browns.

Nick_Farrior51Thumbs upI’m a fan of an opposing team but I enjoy listening to coverage of rivals just as much as I enjoy following my own team. This is my favorite Browns pod so far. Great hosts. Objective takes.

DeeSims24SolidAppreciate this wrap episode on the completion of the pre-season.

Big Dawg 14Very DisappointedI’ve been listening to this podcast for a long time. I have really become disappointed in the content. I am a truck driver and I depend on some good podcasts and other content to help keep me going through my day. On a Browns podcast, I want to hear about the Browns. I don’t really care for the personal episodes about your favorite things or TV shows. I also feel you should change the name of your podcast to “ Orange and Brown Rumors and Opinions “ There is too much content that is just guessing and not fact. As far as the hosts go, I feel like there is a lack of quality presentation. Ashley says a lot of times that she is repeating what someone else has already said. That’s fine to say similar things but I don’t need to know it was previously said. Just put your take on it . Also, and I apologize if it’s a medical problem, but Ashley sounds like she has laughter or chuckling Tourette syndrome. It seems every take she laughs or chuckles for no reason. Mary Kay has too many opinions and thinks the team should consult her before every decision. Also, she constantly repeats herself. It’s like she says something and then realizes what she said and then repeats it. Also, she needs to stop referring to players as plural when she is specifically talking about that player. The only thing with Dan is that he seems to have a lack of energy. I know I personally have a lot of my own faults, but I am not presenting things to an audience and getting paid for it.

BFFL2Enough with the Background NoiseI actually really enjoy the content of the podcast, but it’s increasingly becoming difficult to listen to. Almost every episode it sounds like someone is making dinner, organizing their desk, shuffling notes going back to 1999, etc. Am I the only one noticing this? This is not professional and distracting.
-
RachinicNetflix Series QuarterbackI must admit, it was somewhat eye-opening that MKC and Ashley admitted to not watching the Netflix show “Quarterback.” This is a tremendous opportunity to get previously inaccessible insights about the most important position in the sport that they cover for a living. I can’t fault MKC for her years of great work and experience, but Ashley? Come on!
-
cbusrockBackground newsLike the update-to-date info and consistency of browns content, but the audio is not good. Too much background noise off mic (pens dropping, people talking, chairs moving, clothes rustling, people breathing). If your intent is to attract audio listeners, it would be helpful to hire an audio professional to assist with recording or at least advise on how it can get better and what not to do.
-
VillpillAlmost unlistenable.Solid reporting but it’s almost unlistenable due to the co-hosts laughing at the most inane things. Feel free to laugh but they constantly chuckle at things that have no comedic content whatsoever.
-
JPal1234Daily insightsI like that the show is nearly everyday. Some of the presenters have voices made for print journalism and it can be difficult to listen to but the A Team of Mary Kay, Dan & Ashley are all fantastic, presenting concise well researched insights with the professionalism level of the best radio and TV pros. Awesome!

Ken MillhoneGo Browns!Love MK’s ability to rattle off stats and all the updates from week to week!
-
GG4BrownsGreat Pod!I’m a long time listener/follower. Love the Browns and especially love the lineup changes this year from previous years! I’d like to hear your thoughts on the potential relationship between the ridiculously early bye week on the ridiculous number of injuries this year.
-
Jesse1092017Great podcastOne of the most informational podcasts you’ll find from team reporters
-
Reus07DryPossibly the most dry browns podcast out there. Mary Kay offers little in the way of substance, and her projections are usually off. Everyone else has the personality of a wet fart.
-
Parker 2727Mary Kay 🤷♂️MK has more excuses for DW then DW has massage therapists ! She believes that once DeShawn starts playing the teams in the south division, and the weather is better that he’ll himself get better WHAT ?? He’s not used to playing better quarterbacks like they have in the AFC North ? He lost to Kenny Pickett ! I am now positive the Cleveland Browns pay half of Mary Kay’s salary. I’ve enjoyed her for a lot of years, but she’s losing credibility.
-
Dawson2007Its hard to listenBoth Dan and Ashley use the verbal tik “like” incessantly, so much so that I can’t listen very long. If you wrote in the same verbiage that you speak you would not be published. This is the reason I can’t bring myself to subscribe. You are both bright and insightful and this is correctable, I encourage you to try… Please!
-
jz the elderMakes being Browns Fan a little easierDan, Mary Kay, and Ashley make Browns fandom a little less miserable. And they do it without the negativity and unscripted long random forays that plague sports radio.
-
GeoVukClean up English !!It’s starting to pain me to hear how often Ashley says “like” and “obliviously”. If its obvious, I don’t need to hear it from a spirts pundit, and there is nothing to LIKE about hearing “like” every third word. Learn from MYC, she’s a pro’s pro !!!
-
Bobeegallagh4 stars for the good ones -1 for IrieIrie, buddy, you need a new line of work. You know literally less about the team than my 12 year old stepson. You use hyperbole like crazy. I literally laugh at the thought of Doug’s face when you’re talking. I’m sorry - it’s not for you. You’re probably nice but no one will ever trust a word you say. How did you get hired??? All 4 other people are awesome. Doug L steals the show.
-
edurigaI miss the old Kany…. Err, Doug LeIf the Browns win the Super Bowl, Doug should have to spend an entire podcast saying only positive things about the Browns and their organization. As a life long Browns fan, I’ve still never heard someone be so consistently negative about every facet of the team. Podcast is good, used to be better, I miss the fun Gotta Watch the Tape Doug, not the one who starts off every episode by declaring the Browns as the worst team in NFL history.
-
Jimmy HaslamYou guys are great“The Browns are better than the Saints”, “It was the weather, not Deshaun”. Browns fans need a dose of reality, not this palaver. Do better. The Browns stink.
-
CarsonbeechingGreat listenLike all of you. Thanks for keeping us informed. Plus I sniffed that bengals fan video as a fake in 10 secs. Stay woke
-
ddavid20Recent ChangesGreat pod when it’s Mary Kay, Dan, and Ashley. The new guy is atrocious. Let him go or you will lose a listener… Also, whatever happened to Scott Patsko?? He was awesome! Also, we need more Doug. Oh yeah, THE NEW GUY IS NOT GOOD
-
KJC_09_New guyThe new guy is extremely hard to listen to. Makes the podcast no longer a daily listen for me.
-
KidneykutterSadly has really deteriorated past few monthsHave been listening to every episode for a couple years. Sadly has recently become almost unlistenable. Gone are the “gotta watch the tape” insights from Ellis and Scott that really increased my understanding of the game. Ashley seems like a nice young lady but by emphasis and opinion is an MKC clone. She may yet find a unique niche. The new guy (Kyrie?) is a disaster. Did they actually audition him with audio? He cannot speak in intelligible sentences. Can barely understand him and what he says has zero insight into the game or the Browns. Now when he starts talking I start hitting the “skip ahead 30 sec” button until he’s not on anymore. Removing from my daily rotation until the personnel are improved.
-
bayonnepeterLemeirre?Get this person off the podcast. He dominates time and he’s boring.
-
KregerLong-Time Listener. They Mirror my Thinking!Love the podcast! Love everyone’s chemistry, Dan’s role as the moderator, and the friendly banter from time to time. Funny listening over time as new crew have joined and seeing the evolution of your opinions. Ashley comes in full of optimism and after a season sounds as reserved as the rest of you. Now it’s apparently Irie’s turn to learn that hard lesson. Great job everyone!
-
tjan1Great showCan’t understand the new guy. Slurs his words
-
bebjburdEhNew guy hate to say is no good at all.
-
Riguy3925Way downhillThis pod used to have thoughtful analysis and decent hosts, but those times are gone. It’s a shame because I used to be a daily listener.
-
57JJ57GoodInformative podcast , but I’m not a fan of the new guy
-
patty sutoIrie harris 👎🏼👎🏼Who is this guy? Either he has poor equipment or is just a mumbler but either way, couldnt understand him and what i could make out from what he said, he had terrible takes. Not a professional. Cut him loose. Go browns
-
NoSoCalFlakeCant Say EnoughI love this podcast in all its forms: “Hey Mary Kay”, “Gotta Watch The Tape”, etc. i cant say enough about how smart, informative and entertaining it is. All the hosts bring something different to the table.
-
cwtc12Ashley……Great podcast but Ashley…. Stop laughing at everything you say and she repeats mkc word for word she has no new input on anything discussed just repeats what the other 3 said previously gets annoying
-
vincent daytonGreat podcast, but lose AshleyLove this group, but am tired of Ashley kissing Mary Kay’s hem at every opportunity. Also, how quickly this WHOLE crew has set aside the abhorrent behavior of Watson. Shame on you all! This month’s later: still acting like fanboys and fan girls, not journalists
-
Miguel TrioFollow the moneyMy question, it’s just about a sure thing that Deshaun Watson will be fined a substantial amount of money. Where does the money go? I can’t help but think that those in the NFL front office will have a “business retreat” in Maui. I need clarity. Regards, Mack from Florida

Josh 1105Great Show1. Great show, gives the most information about the Browns of any Browns podcast. You’d think that would be simple but it’s not for some other hosts who spend the first twenty minutes talking about golf and their personal lives (Browns fans know who I’m talking about). 2. Doug is my favorite. 3. Not afraid to be critical of the Browns. Again, you will not get this with some Browns podcasts. 4. You guys should add a banned words list like Around the Horn on ESPN. You guys might want to consider it. “Traits” is banned. More importantly though, “gamer” is banned. It originally meant someone who didn’t necessarily need all the practice reps during the week and could get out there and do their job anyway because they had an innate feel for the game. It has now expanded to mean anyone who is good at football due to overuse. 5. Overall, a great show. Big fan of the crew. Love the round table discussions and drafts that often serve as the Friday podcasts during the offseason.
-
Eyeman 52Good Browns analysisFun to listen to. The analysis is generally sober and thoughtful. DL has this screechy voice that can grate over time. MKC is great. She has been around a long time, seen bad management, bad coaching & bad football, & seen too many dashed hopes & expectations but that gives her a very even keel approach.

rabbidOutstanding Browns Coverage (Plus Drinking Game)The Orange and Brown Talk Podcast offers outstanding analysis, reporting, and commentary on the Cleveland Browns. The fine team of Browns Beat reporters have complementary skills and backgrounds, and I listen to every episode year ‘round. Truthfully, this is my favorite podcast of any kind, and it has been part of my pandemic sanity strategy. Here is a fun Orange and Brown Talk Drinking Game you can play. Listen for each reporter to say a phrase and drink accordingly. When Mary Kay says, “Absolutely 100%” take a shot. When Doug says, “I get it” take a shot. If he says it twice in a row take three. When Ashley says, “Michigan” take a shot. If Ashley’s voice ever gets higher pitched and squeakier and louder and more excited than Doug’s, down a fifth (it’s a sober safe bet). When Dan says, “Football Insider” take a tiny sip of beer (we are not trying to get waster here). When Scott says the word “spot” take a shot. If he says, “tough spot” take three. If Ellis ever comes back as a guest and says, “Minnesota” take a shot. When the Browns win the Superbowl, have a glass of champaign.

Tony1973.5Terrible journalism - waste of your time.I used to really appreciate Doug on Buckeye Talk (and this hasn’t turned me off to that podcast yet) - but this podcast is a time-waster. Regurgitating all of the reasons they have no confidence in a guy who should have shut it down because he was hurt… The last few episodes have been awful. Everybody just repeats Mary Kay’s negative views in one way or another. You guys in the Brown’s media are also a reason why good players don’t want to come to Cleveland. Interviewing some real football people at some point would really improve this podcast. Current content is bottom of the barrel.
-
Runnerup986My Go-To Podcast for Browns’ CoverageInsightful, honest commentary by people who actually cover the Browns day-to-day. It’s THE go-to podcast if you’re an out-of-town Browns fan. It’s not perfect, but it’s the best podcast out there. Each member brings a in-depth reporting and solid perspectives that are generally borne out on game day. Over the course of the season, the Orange and Brown Talk podcast, along with coverage on Cleveland.com, has become my primary source for Browns’ coverage.
-
brownsfan100Good listen! All participants are well informed media people. Mostly well balanced comments. Exception is MKC, she is obsessed with criticism of Baker Mayfield. All of her comments, no matter the subject, come back to include a negative comment of Mayfield.

J-NO 13Backyard Brawl > Dawg FightBackyard Brawl > Dawg Fight
-
dlander2Good crew overallGood mix of analysts with different styles and approaches. Mary Kay is still the star of the show as far as I’m concerned. However, I do think that adding an African American voice should be a priority.
-
SoCalBrownHuh?They spent 22 minutes complaining because Baker didn’t talk to them after the game. Wait, 30 minutes in they’re still going on.
-
Edward-100Seems Good To MeAll the hosts are pretty knowledable and they each have keen insight ion football generally and the Browns specifically. But when Doug L. starts asking a question I get frustrated and tune out. Doug adheres to the adage "if a 10 word question is good, then 1,000 is better". Mary Kay repeats herself for emphises a lot. I mean she repeats herself a lot.
-
Orphan Red 1Not Particularly InsightfulI’m not sure they are watching the same games I am. A little too bought in with the team to make accurate and objective criticisms or analysis. If you want to listen non-homer objective and informed analysis, go listen to Civilized Barking from The Athletic.
-
Ris MCOB Ya KnowI like the content and the reliability of the posting schedule. But how do y’all not realize you can’t get through a sentence fragment without saying “ya know” twice?
-
Andydh123Gotta watch the tape!Keep up the great work, especially on gotta each the tape
-
JDCSIXAmateur takesWhen Ellis Williams claims that a pass interference call against the Browns was called because Justin Herbert was “Balling”. I know I don’t need to listen again!
-
Tumbleweed56Not worth itThe podcast is three stars but the text subscription is one star, so it averages out to two stars. No original opinions or thoughts. The podcasters might as well be the team mouthpiece. The text subscription has no unique value, as the writers are more active on Twitter than they are with their text subscribers. I thought this would be like BuckeyeTalk (which is awesome) but it is no where close. I love the Buckeyes and the Browns, but this podcast is not worth it. Not even Doug can save this podcast and text subscription.
