    Two Guys, One Cup (noodle)
If you’re in search of a podcast themed around food, hosted by two best friends with decades of chemistry, look no further! It’s a pleasure checking in with Ian and Jon every weeks, getting to be a fly on the wall of their incredibly entertaining and funny conversations. Plus, its turned into a great source of inspiration for dinner ideas. Win win if you ask me.

I like this more than i expected
I came from the CU Podcast. This podcast is an easy listen and I like hearing the guys tall about food. You will get used to the coughing.

    Guys gabbin’
Two guys gabbin’ about food. Their friendship and chemistry is my favorite part. A good buddy podcast from two guys who are very knowledgeable. Ian is clearly much more interested in food than video games and it shows in how much more engaged he is on this podcast. An easy listening podcast to chill to while preparing dinner.

    new favorite podcast
after hearing Ian on the Insert Credit Show, I wanted to see his other stuff. Jon and Ian are absolutely delightful. They keep it genuine, funny, and engaging. Really funny insights on the history, physicality, politics, sociology, preparations and evolution of different foods (ranging from vague to hyper-specific). It’s all nicely buried under chuckles of two old friends having a drink or getting faded. I really enjoy the “last meal, next meal” segment. They talk about food beyond the simple idea of nourishment or pleasure, but as a whole lived experience that needs to be crafted before consumption.

    Great Local Food Reviews
This podcast is great due to the chemistry between Ian and Jon. I don’t love in California but I use this podcast to give me restaurant ideas for when I visit friends in San Diego.

    Food for thought
While it may not exclusively be all about food, this podcasts brings a lot of interesting and fun anecdotes along with the menu. Listening to the episodes has motivated me to get cooking. I enjoy catching the shows while trying out new things in the kitchen.

    Best friends talk about food.
One of the best podcasts out there. John and Ian have some of the best chemistry together since Laurel and Hardy. Must listen to especially if you’re a fan of CUPodcast.

    Comfort Food.
This is my comfort podcast. Whenever I’m feeling a bit low energy or having a bad day I listen to this show. It always lifts my spirits. Keep up the great work. I’m not sure if you have done it yet but Comfort Foods could be a topic.

    It’s Ian! and Jon
Avid longtime CU Podcast listener. After finally remembering to look up Extra Napkins and listening a bit I am now realizing Ian is the bread and butter of the CUP. Jon seems like a great fellow and I look forward to plowing through the backlog of Extra Napkins. Genuine dudes.

    Food, Laughter, Fun
This podcast is about two guys in their mid 30’s who love taking about food. Both are originally from Buffalo, and now live in Southern California. One is a desert hermit and the other is a cat whisperer. One can’t stand vegetables and the other can’t stand Phil Collins. Both have old man bodies and are slowly deteriorating from the chronic and chronic pain. Their chemistry is just like you’re sitting down talking with buddies about life and food. But enough about them and their life choices, you need to stop what you are doing and start listening to them. They are highly recommended by some wizard at the top of a mountain. Oh and another thing, they provide weekly episodes and bonus ones if you support them through Patreon. Give them a try, they will tell you what to eat for your next meal!

    Great podcast, mostly food related
These guys are awesome. Really funny podcast that is mostly about food. I always come away with an idea for what to make and it’s entertaining.

The One and Only Food Podcast
Ian and Jon are great. They are both passionate about food but so down to earth. It’s refreshing to hear food podcasters talk about the whole spectrum of food from steak and lobster to McRibs. I love the side tracks they go down and the memories they share of restaurants and experiences. Keep up the good work gents!

Food podcast that keeps it real
This podcast is both entertaining and informative. Episodes have funny stories cooking techniques, recipes and restaurants reviews sprinkled through each episode. The structure is loose and conversations are casual and light hearted. The chemistry between Ian and Jon is the highlight of the podcast for me. It's evident by the smoothness and playfulness of the conversations that the two are old friends. I love hearing their wild stories from years past. Plus, they are naturally funny dudes. As a listener, I feel not only included, but engaged with Ian and Jon when they discuss topics. I love that they are so passionate about food. I seek out dishes or recipes that they mention to challenge myself as a cook and diner. Bottom line: Extra Napkins is an amazing podcast about all things food that's hosted by two funny hosts. Keep the episodes coming!

    Pig Nuts for all!
I found this podcast because of the CU podcast. I wasn’t sure about it, but now I only order my burger rare and with American cheese! I even looked up a Pig Nut recipe and made them for Christmas today!

    Instant Classic
I am sort of a connoisseur of podcasts.. self declared connoisseur but nevertheless a connoisseur. I listen to an absurd amount of podcasts and I have got to say I instantly fell in love with this show. I would recommend this to anyone without hesitation absolutely 10/10!

John And Ian make the mundane a must listen
I had no idea that I would enjoy this podcast as much as I do. My initial thought was how interesting can talking about food be? As it turns out, very interesting. I have enjoyed Ian on the CUpodcast for years. I now enjoy this show just as much. John is very funny and his voice is like a cartoon character. That isn’t an insult. I imagine him as an anthropomorphic drunk panda and I giggle every time he talks. Big fan!!!
  • kevcalled
Hilarious banter for a long commute!
Love the show, love buffalo chicken pizza hold the ranch.

    Amazing Podcast
Ian is one of my favorite online personalities and his co star adds a great dynamic to the whole thing. This is a really great, down to earth, authentic podcast about food. A rare gem in todays spon con wasteland.
  • TheRealCarlReck
    Fun show!
This is a fun show to listen to. Fun conversations about grocery stores, pizza, tacos etc. Ian and Bernard seem like life long friends and have a good chemistry together on the mic. This podcast is a nice change of pace in the podcast world that is oversaturated with video game and wrestling podcasts. Give this show a listen!

    Your making me hungry
I’m really enjoying the podcast you guys are a lot of fun to listen to. I was getting very nostalgic with all the mall food court talk. Keep up the great work!

    A podcast made for me
If there’s two things I love, it’s food and rambling on about stuff I love, which includes food. This podcast takes those two things and combines them into something for my ears to enjoy.

Great chats about grub and stuff? Who could ask for more?! Good addition to the podosphere!!!

    Good old fashioned fun
I’ve been listening to Ian for years talk about video games. Now we get a taste (pun intended) of his other passion - food. It’s great to hear him and John talk about cooking, eating, shopping, and enjoying food. Sordid tales of line cookery, good food, bad food, and everything in between. My ear drums tingle with anticipation of the next chapter of Extra Napkins!
  • MC Super Awesome
    Delightfully Delicious!
There’s no better type to host a food podcast than a stoner. They know their food, and they know how to describe it. The only problem is that after listening to this I want to eat my entire kitchen, and that’s bad for my diet.

    Another Great Podcast
Only a few minutes into the first episode I realized that I'm going to be listening to this one for years. I used to work in the food service industry and stories from food service are very relatable. More importantly there is a great chemistry between the hosts, and they are a lot of fun to listen to. This podcast sounds like when my friends and I talk about food and I really enjoy that aspect of it. As someone with a desk job I'm always looking for new podcasts, and I'm looking forward to listening to this for years to come.

    Chill Chow
Two friends talk everything food. From supermarket fare to the psychological trauma caused by dieting, this low key food chatcast is my new go-to on the drive home from work. Perfect way to unwind. Also introduced me to Wegmans.

    A real treat.
This morning I grabbed a dozen donut holes on the way to work. When I looked in the bag on the drive to work I realized she gave me a couple extra on the house. This podcast gives me the same joy as that extra donut hole.

The voices of line cooks everywhere
Despite how horrible they made zebra cakes sound, I had to buy one of those dry waxy pieces of crap. Little Debbie needs to sponsor #ExtraNapkins
