This podcast focuses on Jesus, which means it starts with a five-star review. But nothing in this takes away from that. It has great content, great sound quality, and Pastor Wheedon has an uplifting personality.

I love Pastor Weedon’s contagious enthusiasm for Scripture. It is a great way to start my morning. I’m not sure which brings more energy — Pastor Weedon or the coffee!

Mary Baker Eddy did not help found the Seventh Day Adventist. She founded Christian Science. Also taking a passage out of the context from where it appears in scripture is not a way to understand the Bible. In Acts where Peter has the vision of the unclean animals it is not about eating meat. Pastor Will Weedon thinks he knows better than Peter the meaning of the vision. If you read the whole passage Peter takes the vision to mean that gentiles are not unclean. He never mentions a change of mind on eating kosher.

What an amazing way to dig deeper into the Bible. The Pastor guides us verse by verse through Bible stories I’ve heard and enjoyed since childhood. Yet, I learn so much from this deeper dive. Plus, you can hear the joy in his voice and his true love for God. He is fun and easy to listen to.

I’ve been greatly blessed by Pastor Weedon’s teaching. Regularly, he presents a new way for me to look at familiar stories and passages that encourages and confirms. His enthusiasm for the Scriptures translates into genuine pastoral care of the “people loved by God.”

Pr. Weedon is walking us through Revelation right now and boy, is it just awesome! As a first time mom, 15 minutes is the perfect amount of time for me to get in the Word. Pastor Weedon intertwines the Old and New Testaments and shows how God’s plan for salvation, prophesied in the OT and fulfilled in the NT, is as relative today as it has been throughout the ages. I am particularly fascinated by his knowledge of church history and the early church fathers, He frequently quotes them in regards to verses being studied at that moment, showing that the Word is as relative today as it was centuries ago because human nature does not change. His comments and explanations often give me a new perspective on passages that I have known since childhood. I highly recommended this Bible study to all looking to enhance their knowledge of God’s Word.

Pastor Weedon is a joy to listen to as he invites us to muse together on God’s Word. His wisdom, his knowledge of the Church Fathers, and his love for God’s Word is clearly manifest, and contagious. I’d highly recommend this to anyone looking to dive into the Scriptures with a trusted servant of the Lord.

Greetings People loved by God! Pastor Weedon has basically become a part of our lives. These 15 minute studies are a great way to stay in the Word, and his incites are meaningful (as are his selection of commentary from church fathers).

Pastor Weedon packs loads of wisdom in 15 minutes or less per day in this verse by verse study of the Bible. He tackles one book of the Bible and goes from beginning to end with excellent analysis and teaching. What I love best is he also goes back to the church fathers like St. John Chyrsostom, St. Augustine and many, many more. Plus the extra benefit of him tying in the words of popular hymns. Highly recommend!
