etchagretchTerribleAnother podcast for a mom with kids who doesn’t have a Monday through Friday 9 to 5 job. I am a single woman who has a lot of clutter and chaos but can’t seem to find a decent podcast to help me get down to the nitty-gritty and actually make some changes

jennipughOut of touchI actually really love to declutter and I was searching for a little verbal motivation to dig into a craft cabinet. The overall point hits home but the getting to it is so completely out of touch with everyday people. Especially with the example of “Sell if it’s over $300 and donate if it’s under(sounds like someone who never had to sell their waffle maker for $10 to buy food or gas until payday) and if you could make that item with…a stove or other appliance”. Mam, is that not what that appliance is for? If you use it, by all means keep it. You don’t have to get rid of what you use to lead a more minimal life, most especially if that appliance/item makes your life easier. Keep it and move on to something you don’t use. I wouldn’t waste your time if you are looking for actual motivation or inspiration. Granted, this was my first time listening and it will definitely be my last!

teal11Practical over mindfulI really enjoy the practical part of this podcast. I love the episodes that walk you through step-by-step on how to declutter. It feels like a friend is there with you! there’s less and less practical episodes and more and more mindful episodes. I appreciate both aspects, but find the practical step-by-step guides more enjoyable to listen to while I’m trying to declutter and clean my house. Thank you, Amber for your amazing podcast! Please do more decluttering challenges : )

GeeGomExactly what I need!Hi Amber I had been listening here and there and then realized I was not following your show! I am now and I’m so happy that I’m actively listening and mentally and physically jotting down some thoughts. I completely agree with everything you have shared. I am backtracking and listening one by one! New year, less clutter and chaos! Thank you

Elmn8899Always just what I need to hearI seriously feel like I’m talking to a friend, while listening. Your inspiration is always exactly what I need to hear. ♥️

daneahruAwesome (speed up 1.5 is best)I really enjoy this podcast, the topics are on point and I think it’s relatable. My only issue is that recently (or I have noticed recently) the pacing is pretty slow moving. I sped it up 1.25 and then 1.5x and it seems good.

Chichi U.A must listen for those looking to simplify their lives!Amber’s wisdom in EP205 offers more than just organizational tips—it’s about releasing what no longer serves you to create space for growth. I love her emphasis on intentionality over perfection. It’s liberating and spiritually grounding. This episode delivers clarity for Christian women looking to bring order and peace into their lives and homes. - Chichi Ukomadu | Start That Business Podcast.

GreeneyedboymomReal lifeI love how she not only gives great tips on decluttering, but she validates people’s feelings! Plus how to get physical, emotional, and mental decluttering. Always feel calm after listening to her!!!

-
paigeamberbacaniStrategy For DeclutteringThank you for your honesty and calling out that our overthinking is actually an excuse to delay decluttering! I relate so much with thinking that I am superwoman and then realizing that my energy and time is finite! This decluttering planner sounds so helpful! Thank you for all the work that you put into it!!
-

AwkwardTurtle18Short and motivatingI recently found this podcast and am really enjoying it. The short form episodes are great to listen to while folding a load of laundry or making dinner. I find the content motivating and like her focus on mindfulness and the “why” behind getting organized.
-
shellyk25Fantastic and Real!I’ve listened to soo many podcasts over the years where there is a gloss on their message. Amber is so real though. She curses, she talks about her imperfections, and she doesn’t preach. She’s building a real community based in mindfulness and understanding. You f-ing rock, Amber!
-
ElizaCostAnother really helpful podcast!Amber, you gave my situation exactly. My partner stays on a regimented schedule daily and I’ve been feeling a bit defeated about why my daily schedule is always changing. Cycles! Yes! I am going to try your weekly suggestion and think it will highlight what I do get done every week and help me do more. And maybe I’ll feel more productive and better about my scheduling skills. 😻 Thanks so much. I’ll let you know! Elizabeth, Fletcher NC
-
CheezWhizSmileYou did what?? And you don’t regret it??!I had only listened to a couple of episodes when she did the podcast stating how proud she is of her past doing drugs, casual sex, conning men into buying her drinks, etc. It destroyed her credibility in my mind.
-
<>Amy McCartSo helpful! So helpful and inspiring to declutter. I have soooo much to declutter it can be overwhelming. Ambers tips are super helpful! Thank you Amber!!
-
Traveling roseLOVE. So much love.I just listened to the episode about clutter making us fat and sick (slight paraphrase) and OMG that was THE episode!! I have reaped the consequences of my clutter in both weight, and brain fog and health. My husband has also, I’m sad to say. I cleaned other people’s houses and had no energy for my own. I would love to request more decluttering, simple steps episodes, please. I have ADD and I really struggle to accomplish anything in my house without a “body double” which I how I use podcasts mostly. Thank you so much!! I’m going to put this episode on repeat and listen to it at least once a week for a while. So motivating and helpful!!♥️
-
BCrossWordNew favorite!I love minimalism content but had been getting into a rut seeing the same kind of things over and over again. Amber is a breath of fresh air! So motivating!

BethAdBlLoving this podcast!!!I am terrible at explaining with words how I feel even though I know in my head what I want to say. Amber says what is in my head so clearly! It is so nice to hear someone who has been in the same boat in so many ways that I have and thinks in ways that I totally get. Love the authencity! Amber, you rock and thank you for sharing your life and ideas with us!

CreilyGratefulI am excited to have found this at the right time. I am transitioning to a new job, along with starting my own business. I will need a home office and my husband has been encouraging me to declutter. I have listened to about 10 episodes while driving. Now I get to TAKE ACTION and follow to steps. Thank you!

Seh62894Weird Voice and RhythmVery odd voice. Kind of sounds like she is high and slow in places and not a natural conversation tone. Very off-putting.
-
Rhys pieceWowThis was exactly what I needed today and was so clear, practical, and encouraging. One of the best podcasts I literally have ever listened to. Thank you!!
-
julienneAMShe is so positive!I love to listen to this podcast while I clean, organize and declutter. I feel like this lady is deeper that you would think on first listen and has a lot of great positive wisdom to impart. Not religious, not too spiritual, just right, and always positive. Great to listen to in the background!
-
Nat68236Love this podcast! The best podcast!! Totally changed my house and my stress, decluttering has been the best thing I have done! So thankful I found this podcast!
-
Carrie CorvisThis podcast is super motivatingI really love and appreciate this podcast. Amber helps you define your goals while reaffirming that we are ALL struggling with this. She is real and relatable, and constantly reinforces that “everyone is struggling.”I’ve stopped worrying about feeling ashamed while being guided on the best practices to not only declutter, but encourage realistic practices to keep life “clutter free.”
-
Minni0402InspiredI came across your podcast in Spotify few days back, really loved it I am listening to your podcast everyday it motivated me to start. Every time I listen to you, you make me feel lighter I just turned 50. your childhood, married life I just feel I am looking back at myself just feel like I am getting the answers to all my questions. My husband is same, there was a time when I used to feel so lonely he doesn’t talk much he is a workaholic, same like yours he collect so many things for years I see all my house is filled with so much junk. Thank you so much for being honest and for guiding me to declutter my house and my life. Wish you and your family the best health and happiness.

-
purplecat828YesI love this podcast and I’ve gotten the courage to declutter because of Amber. She gives great tips and advice and makes it feel so easy. I’m also really relieved to hear she is “decluttering” a certain relationship in her life. I got red flags about this person she talks about from one of the first times I started listening to her podcasts. I don’t know if she’ll ever see this but, from a complete stranger, I’m so proud of you and happy you are moving on and healing!

The war within a warHangupI can never get to clearing out b/c I’m to busy cleaning up. Dishes, laundry everyday clean up. How do you get to clearing out I’m mentally exhausted. Thanks
-
NNAA NickiYou’re saving my sanity!Thank you! I love how real Amber is! She doesn’t teach from a perspective of perfection and that is gold!
-
Courtney GallacherI love Amber!!!!!Amber has amazing tips and strategies for decluttering but she is also changing my life!!! Her humor and honesty is refreshing! Jenna BigsSo much more helpful than anticipatedI’ll be honest, I am in a difficult season of life as are a lot of us, and while I was looking for something to help me declutter, this has been that and so much more. Her declutter strategies are simple and to the point without feeling overwhelming. She gives you real strategies and explains the thought process and the why, and it all just happens when you use her methods. Then comes the other little bits of personal insight and real talk that have been so relatable and unexpectedly helpful, and just what I needed. It’s a perfect balance of both and I’m thankful I found this podcast when I did ❤️
-
lady lovoBite size segments packed with actionA decluttering podcast with specific actionable steps for EVERY area of your home. I’m a full time working mom with 2 three yr olds and my home feels like chaos. This podcast is helping me streamline my home, decrease stress, and put my time and energy back where I want it - my kids. I also love how real and transparent she is, sharing struggles that I can relate to so much! I can’t wait to listen to more. Thank you!
-
Petra VenkmanReal and relatableIt’s like that nice girl in the bathroom at a club who complimented you in 2004 shows up and helps you declutter. I mean that in the best way. Because we all think about that girl from time to time and wish her the best. And now she’s helping you organize your life. ❤️
-
vicccccccvGreat podcastI appreciate the step-by-step ideas and help with decluttering. Lots of short segments to use while actually doing it in your own home. The one thing that drives me nuts is her mouth noises from being way too close to the mic or something…like heavy breathing, lip smacking, throat clearing, etc... it’s uncomfortable and takes away from the ideas and messages. Please get a new mic setup. Aside from this, I enjoy the podcast.
-
mama bear in the usaDifficult to listen toI can’t seem to get past the poor delivery. The message is good, but the sniffing, giggling and long pauses to find words is very distracting. Maybe try working from a prepared outline, and focus on speaking clearly. Or try writing blogs rather than hosting a podcast. Not trying to be mean, just giving some honest feedback. Not everyone with a good message is meant to be a public speaker.
-
thebest robloxDeclutter your Chaos with Amber CammidgeAmber is amazing! I relate soooo much to her and her life. She is speaking directly to me. I feel so understood. This is God-sent! So happy to walk a journey of healing my inner-self as I declutter with Amber!
