mrs.barker_001Thank you for sharingThank you both for sharing so candidly during this most recent grief podcast. I cried listening to you Jena. I had no idea. Thank you so very much for being so vulnerable. Megan, you always just go there. You gracefully and openly shared about your son this last year and it's been a blessing to listen to you.

amylyx97Sound issuesHey Megan and Jayna! I love the podcast truly! I love the realistic things you share on motherhood and family! I just want to share that the intro music and adds are always WAY louder than the actual episode. If there is anyway to make sure that they are all the same that would be wonderful. I always have to turn down my volume when the intro plays or an add or it’s way too loud. Again love the podcast!!

Recovering Fundy 5Best Podcast for doing choresI love listening to this podcast while doing the dishes or folding laundry. It makes the chore more enjoyable and makes my task of homemaking feel more worthwhile. It’s like encouragement for cleaning and “moming.”
-
JulesbakesbreadMiss guidingThis is not a pod I would recommend to young Christian girls. There is a lot of “Christian” language and references but no solid biblical truths in their speech. Feels like toxic miss leading christian culture
-
DianaChristine3A good listen for young Christian homemakersI’m not Mennonite, but I am a youngish Christian mom and I enjoy listening to these takes on every day life from their unique perspective. One thing I would suggest is that the intro/ending music and ads are sometimes much louder than the rest of the audio, which hurts my ears when I’m listening on headphones. Not sure if there’s anything you can do about that. Still rating this podcast 5 stars though just based on content!

jojodkdUnsubscribed I will miss this podcast!Ughh! So loud:( Most of us listen to podcasts while we’re washing dishes, or driving, or doing something that requires our hands to be busy. Your music is so loud, I have to quickly rush to my phone to turn down the volume. It’s just not worth it anymore. I will miss listening to you guys though!

emkirstenMy favorite podcast! This has quickly become my favorite podcast! Merch please?! 😍

love JohncristPost more oftenIf it’s at all possible you guys should post more often. You could also make your podcasts longer. I devour these podcasts and listened to all of them way too fast. Love it!!

Mrs.Farmer.JFun listenListening to this podcast always feels like having a girl chat with friends. I laugh so much! Thanks for the fun and inspiration.

misscoupons85Uplifting & HelpfulThank you for such a wonderful show to listen to putting The Lord Jesus first in everything, it’s so refreshing to have the Christian perspective. I love the “homemaker hot takes”. I love how you categorized how to share helpful ideas and make it a point to give solid helpful information yet it’s a casual fun conversation overall.
-
M3HalfMusic versus dialogueFun content, but my ears get blasted by the intro and transition music because of how high I need to have the volume turned up to hear them talk. Words up or music down please!
-
Ailene16Always love theseListening to these cousins is a joy! Highly recommend; I haven’t missed an episode since I found them last year!
-
The farm for meGreat people great podcastI started listening to them pretty recently though I knew that they started a podcast a long time ago (I watch Megan’s YouTube channel). Very interesting to hear this duo on there thoughts on different subjects and to be able to have them talking in the background while I’m doing housework is something I enjoy. Thank you Jayna and Megan, and your golfing husbands, for making this podcast possible!

19LiZ93RelatableFound this show on YouTube last year and loved it when I realized y’all are now on Spotify! It’s nice to hear other mothers and wives talk about Real Life! Y’all are so honest and don’t seem to be trying to be something that you aren’t! 😊 I find that some of the discussions y’all have are so very relatable to life. 😊

Ewilliams2019Love this podcastThis is such a nice podcast, i feel like I’m just another friend in the conversation. Also I love how different they are, each had their own side or take on a subject, but in a positive way.
-
Happy1DFanFun & fresh!Love this podcast! I like listening to the conversations and how these two keep things light and fun. I wasn’t raised Mennonite but I married into a Mennonite family and I love how these ladies can laugh at some of the silly Mennonite things all in good fun 😂 Refreshing to me!!

jj484929A breath of fresh air for overloaded mamasI’ve only listened to 2 episodes so far, but I’m so glad I found this podcast. I listen to a lot of homesteading/ homemaking podcasts and watch YouTube videos along those lines. It’s so easy to compare myself to those moms who manage to raise kids, have fresh sourdough on the table daily, make butter from scratch and sew everything for the home. Some days I do good just to have a hot meal on the table and the house clean. What I love so much about this podcast is, these ladies don’t hide and act like they have it all together. They don’t make me feel alone in feeling stressed by some of the *homesteading perfection* that is so easily portrayed on social media. It’s ok to try new things and decide it’s not for you. It’s ok to pick the convenient route vs the too-much-on-mamas-plate route. Thank you ladies for keeping it real and not putting on a mask of perfection. We need more like you!
-
home grown girlA lovely treat.I love listening to Megan and Jayna talk about their Mennonite upbringing and their families. I live in the Midwest and although not Mennonite, I feel I share a lot of the values and daily rhythms that the podcast embraces. Plus, their relationship dynamics are fun :)

haileyjo.normanIm obsessedI have been binging honeyimhomemaker YouTube and podcasts and I’m obsessed! I love them so much! I wish I could be their friends in real life! They are so inspiring and relatable at the same time. I’m so grateful I found them! They have really changed my perception of what a Mennonite woman is like, in all the best ways! Thanks Megan and Jayna for doing these!
-
