It really just feels like it's just replaying and reairing old episodes constantly anymore. I respect if there's something going on right now, but I'd honestly rather have a hiatus than another old episode renamed to look like something newer. Disappointing

Great nuggets of information

There are great magical nuggets of information that I have written down and now remind myself of and implement in my daily life. This podcast made a difference in the stages I have been in and have found much resonance with it. I usually just skip through the ads and don’t waste any time missing the content. All good podcast's have ads.

First episode

I’m going to give other episodes a try, but the first episode was everything I was not looking for. I didn’t find them very relatable. Not everyone can travel to India and meditate for 12 hours a day. It was eye-roll after eye-roll for me except when they were talking about stuff anyone could be dealing with. I’m just going to re-listen to You Are Not Alone for the 3rd time until I’m ready to give other episodes a try.

It is really hard for me to find hosts that keep me coming back but Raquelle does just that. Her voice is so soothing, she is very good at explaining things concepts maybe not everyone has been exposed to, and just overall is amazing!

The voices… Lord. It’s like valley girl high, wanting to fit in. “Like totally”. It’s so obnoxious. It doesn’t stop. And the constant moaning and seemingly out of it trying to sound cute. This isn’t even a good enough podcast to try and ignore the voices for.

I spent a heart opening hour this morning listening to Raquelle interview the soulful Melissa Ambrosini. This episode was full of transformative wisdom, such as the difference between “pie and candle consciousness” (brilliant) and the 4 strategies for healing an unhealthy relationship with comparison. I may have to listen to this beauty again to take it ALL in! So loved how Raquelle is both the interviewer AND the student, making it real by walking in the shoes of the listener.

So much help!

I found this podcast on a really really low point of my life, i was working at a toxic place surrounded by toxic people 24/7 at work & outside of work. I had migraines all the time i was lost & i found YOM & i fell into this world that i had no idea it existed, i started to dig deep into my spirituality I discovered i am an empath & how to protect myself. Raquelle’s voice is so soothing every time i have a headache i listen to an episode & it relaxes me! I love that i am able to connect with her & i can not wait to one day go to one of the retreats she hosts! Love love love this podcast & how much it has helped me.
